Hi Rob, they send this out to all VIP members, comped or not, 3 months before reassessment. It is just a vacuous, badly worded reminder; what they are trying to say is that you *may* need additional stays/nights to retain your status. This is not a status extension offer.
@peterv are you a VIP through stays? If so can you shed light on the exact expiration date.

Hi mgk, I am. The status expires on the last day of the month shown under “Tier updates” on the Account tab of the app. The next day your status is reassessed based on your night/stay count in the previous qualification period. No soft landing, no rollover nights.

It certainly sounds like you won’t have much trouble hitting the 30 nights/20 stays target before the tier update!
My tier update had been incorrectly set to 10/25 instead of 12/25. There was a long to and fro of emails to support about this, and multiple people confirmed that I did indeed have status until 12/25 but the account page never changed to reflect this.
Eventually I was told to contact loyaltyambassadors@radissonhotels.com and ask them to fix this.. which they did, by setting my Tier update to 12/26!
