Do Amex (BA Premium) offer incentives not to leave?

If I were to ring up AMEX and tell them I was thinking of leaving, having just paid the £250 renewal fee, would they be able to offer any incentives to get me to stay?

I don’t really need any 2-4-1s with BA as my other half will earn them whilst I focus on Virgin points instead.
