Do you lose voucher if you cancel card?

Hi if you cancel the Virgin Premium CC do you lose the voucher earned for the 10k annual spend which is showing in my flying club account
?

It’s because the annual renewal is due and no longer use this card

No – you don’t lose it.

The voucher is yours.

No you don’t. Once you’ve got evidence it’s been issued (normally a line on your flying club account) then cancel away. I do that every year.

I have 2 virgin vouchers and also a ba one. I want to cancel my virgin credit card, but will I lose these vouchers? Where are they actually held?

I have never lost vouchers (3 of them) when cancelling Virgin card
Its one of the advantages of the card and the aircraft being different companies – most of the time they blame each other but at least here they don’t/can’t withdraw it
