Does anyone understand Hyatt pricing for advance rate – full payment v deposit?

I want to use 2 x Amex offers at Dreams Lanzarote for a stay next year (so will need to pay up front). There is an advance purchase member rate, but confusingly, this specifies both that payment is required in full AND that a 15% deposit is required.
Clicking through to the payment page doesn’t make it any clearer. The full amount appears at the right hand side of the page, however under the Ts and Cs it says:
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable/ 15 Percent Deposit At BookingSo I can’t work out what they will actually charge me when I submit my card details!
I’m looking in the app for next spring (you don’t give dates) and the advance rate including breakfast is cheapest and say Non Refundable/ full deposit due at booking.
Was the confusing terms on the website or app or both ?
Thanks @TG, it’s the website. I’m looking at the half board rate and when I select that option by clicking the blue box, it DOES say “100% Pre=payment Non-refundable.” However, below that, it shows the nightly rate – in this case 304 euros together with the bit about the cancellation policy/15% deposit. When I click through to the payment page, all that is replicated so it’s not clear what the actual charge will be.
It’s for next October but I want to pay in the next few weeks before the Amex offer expires. I’ve managed to get the hotel’s email address in the meantime so I’ve asked if they can clarify it any further!
OK, I’ve now downloaded the app, where pricing looks much more straightforward 🤦🏻♀️😂.
Except the ambiguity is still there at the bottom of the payment page! Never mind, I’ll wait and see if I get a response to the email.
In my experience what a website says and what happens is different anyway as it often relies on the hotel pressing some buttons. If you want to pay in advance and you don’t see a charge within couple of days then contact the hotel and ask to pre-pay
So this is turning into a bit of a mare! I booked a prepaid, non-refundable rate and input my Amex details. I then had an email from the hotel asking me to fill in a payment form via a link (didn’t have this last time I booked a Hyatt). The form only has Visa and MC symbols, but the hotel says Amex should work. However, I keep getting an error message when trying to pay with Amex.
I’m starting to feel a bit uneasy about this, why didn’t they just take the payment at the time of booking?
