Does status/ambassador apply to corporate travel agent bookings?

I know that points aren’t accrued on bookings through corporate travel agents, but are either IHG status or Ambassador status recognised at check in with these bookings (eg for upgrades etc?)

It would be down to the hotel what, if anything, they give you in these circumstances.

It depends on what platform the corporate agent uses. If they use Expedia’s platform, obviously no. Big corporates can negotiate direct rates and therefore they might earn both status and reward points.
