I have the Dragonpass membership via the above, with the option to purchase entitlements at $28 US. Are these (de)prioritised for entry as much as the Amex priority passes are at Heathrow?
For info, it’s for a Friday mid morning visit in January at T5 Plaza Premium.

I’m deciding between a visit here, or a sutdown breakfast at Plane Food. Cost very similar.

    Welcome your thoughts.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DRAGONPASS

it’s a complete scam. I bought a pack of 8 passes last year, there’s nothing to say they expire when you buy them.

Now I’m told my membership (which I didn’t purchase) has expired and so have my passes. The app says I clearly have 6 visits remaining but Dragonpass are refusing to let me use them.

Thanks @davefl. I can see in the app that it says they would expire 31/03 when my membership year expires, hence wanting to be sure I could use them.

But, having not spent a penny with dufry or dragonpass, (unlike say, paying a membership fee to Amex or Barclaycard) it seems to fit in the bracket of: “if it seems too good to be true…”

Always had positive experiences with Dragonpass (via Barclays) myself, but regardless you’re probably better off avoiding T5 Plaza, at least until they get their housekeeping/catering act together. Plane Food sounds like a better option.

Putting aside the question regarding plane food vs T5 lounges. Is there anything stopping you, asking at the reception whether a DragonPass with no reservation will be allowed in and then buying a pass immediately if there is space? Last time
I used DragonPass/Duffy I think the pass was added immediately following payment?

I think this is what we’ll do, thanks @ed_fly. We can also then decide on the day (In case of delay to us, or our flight) whether lounge, restaurant or grab n go would be best.
