All of the Galleries Club lounges are pretty ropey, so “least worst” would probably be a better question to ask. The one in T5B will be the quietest and your flight will likely go from B or C.
Agree with Andrew. If the layover is long enough you could try them all to compare. Personally, in the main terminal building, I think North is slightly better than South, because it has an “outside” bit, as the First Class lounge does (although don’t be confused, it is at the opposite end to the Flounge). However, T5B has the same stuff and fewer people, and arguably it is *all* “outside” as it’s one big mezzanine. Plus you look out on big planes, not a sea of A320s.
