DXB Lounge access when connecting flight upgraded at OLCI

Hi I am flying LHR-DAC return in economy booked direct with Emirates. At OLCI I cash upgraded the DXB-DAC segment to business. I have a long connection (7 hours) at DXB.

Questions:
1. Can I access the lounge at DXB?
2. If so, what is the time limit to stay in the lounge.

If it was a promotional upgrade offer, then usually no lounge. I upgraded a return from Dubai-Glasgow flight and no lounge and no increased points applied.

Go along to the business floor anyway and see what they say no time limit in the actual airline lounges normally.
