Earning Avios across different flight segments

Hi, this is probably a dumb question but I’m asking as the Avios do not show on the BA page when booking this route. Lisbon to Cape Town with BA with a stop in Heathrow, but then one more stop in Jburg where the final leg of the flight is with South African Airways. I presume I will still earn Avios for the first two legs even if it does not show? Thank you.

You will receive TP and Avios for LIS-LHR and LHR-JNB on BA but not JNB-CPT on SAA.

Keep boarding passes and claim after the event if they do not post within 10 days of the flight.
