Email contact for voucher use against BAHoliday

Sorry, have tried searching but to no avail, which email have people used to redeem a voucher against a holiday balance? I’m sure people have said they had managed it…

If it’s a voucher from a BA holiday, you just reply to the email they sent it from.

I used baholidays at ba.com to do this, attach the email copy of each voucher you want to apply to the booking.

Had the confirmation back in 4 days.
