I emailed BA holidays on baholidays.contactcentre@ba.com 2 weeks ago to use an evoucher towards a holiday balance .No reponse Can anyone suggest a different contact address , or should I phone? thanks

Hi this worked perfectly and took about 24 hours for voucher balance to be taken from holiday balance
And a very chirpy email about refunding excess to original credit card
