I bought and took four Qantas flights operated by Emirates (LHR-DXB/DXB-SYD return). The first flight departed London on 16 May. These tickets were booked with Qantas under QF flight codes. Seat selection was via the Qantas website. The boarding passes carry the QF flight number (as well as the EK number). My BA Executive Club membership number in on the boarding passes.
It is now 23 May. No TPs or Avios have appeared in my BA account yet. Does anyone know how long it typically takes, and whether – if I need to chase these TPs and Avios – I should contact BAEC or Qantas in the first instance? I know it’s only 7 days, but as it’s a significant number of TPs, I don’t want to miss out. I’m not used to codeshares. Most of my TPs from BA flights seem to post in 1-2 days.
Still no sign of these TPs and Avios, 7 days after the last of four flights ended. Made a “Partner Claim” today through BAEC.
