Hi All,
My partner is about to book a BA Holiday to Singapore – five days from 7th May. Her current tier point collection year runs to 8th May, so she will get 140 going out into her current year and 140 coming back into next year. Then, under the new arrangements, she will get the 140 from last year recredited, so all good.
My question is – what happens to the 280 bonus tier points she gets some time later in May? Logic says she should get these credited into the new collection year, but with BA, I’m never totally confident!
Any thoughts guys?
9th May 24 to 31st March 25 should have 140, 140, 280 TPs from this holiday, some carried over from 1st April 24 to 8th May 24 and some credited directly in it.
There has been no mention of bonus TPs being excluded, but there can be problems if bonus TPs aren’t automatically credited to accounts.
