Can anyone advise on how to maximising the chance of speaking to someone in the UK when calling the BA Executive Club? Thanks
Getting a Gold card or dealing with a First Class ticket works like a charm. Apart from that ….
To be fair I didn’t think it had been much of an issue recently.
It’s easy on Virgin, you ignore the initial message that says they are incredibly busy, please call back later. Press 1, navigate the menu and then your call is typically answered 1st ring.
Maybe the same trick works on BA?
I’ve called the silver line 4 times recently and has been overseas call centre every time.
