TL;DR Cancelled my flight over a month ago, still no refund. Have called 4 times

As a data point, I called for a refund of taxes and voucher 30th Nov, no progress until I chased it before xmas, standard response every time was yes 10-12 days. chased it again in Jan, got half the refund after 12 days. Chased again twice more and finally got the rest 12th feb.
So 4 weeks is optimistic.
