I suspect that you need to download the O2 app, register with the email that Marriott has for you and they will appear in there.

Apologies for another question.. but what time does the suite open?
(I’m finding info to be rather difficult to obtain from Marriott…)

Open as soon as doors open at the O2 (O2 website will have this info).
