Family hotel in Turkey

We are looking for a luxury hotel in Turkey for a family holiday with a 3-year-old. Any suggestions?

Not actually stayed but I’ve had a look at it before. The Hilton Dalaman springs to mind.

Not sure how luxury it is though. There is MO at Bodrum.

+1 to too wide. Is your required level of “luxury” a Tom Cahalan stsyle private island or the “luxury” section of the Thomas cook site? I’m a regular at Hilton Dalaman and I wouldn’t call it luxury.
The country, particularly Istanbul, is full of luxury hotels. Amex Plat FHR search yields plenty.
