Fees to cancel flexible booking

Never booked a flexible fare with BA before. If I book an economy flexible ticket EDI-LHR for example and need to cancel it, do I get a full refund or is there a cancellation fee?

Is the £15 admin fee still imposed? Long time since I cancelled one of these.

I’ve never been charged a fee, that will be in the fare rules when booking though.

I can only see this under the ticket conditions
Service fees
To cancel your booking it is £15.00 online or £30.00 by phone. To make changes to the date/time it is free online or £30.00 by phone.
So effectively, I’m assuming it’ll be £15 to cancel online?
