Fine Hotels & Resorts: different pricing for credit and charge card holders

Looking at the small print of a 3-for-4 nights FHR offer I’m considering, I see these conditions:

“Available for Centurion® Members and Platinum Charge Cardmembers only, and excludes Platinum Credit Cardmembers who are not also Platinum Charge Cardmembers.”

I guess if you had only the newer Platinum credit card, you wouldn’t ever know that charge card holders were being offered a better deal. I wonder how often this happens? I think the business Platinum remains a charge card, so the deal would be available for them.

It’s the Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf if anyone with a credit card wants to try a dummy booking.

I didn’t see this advertised, phoned to make a FHR booking for 3 nights and they asked if my dates were flexible as the 4th night was free (sadly not!)> Where is the offer and for how long?

It’s clearly highlighted for me on the FHR hotel page, but I’m still on the Platinum Charge Card. These are the principal terms and conditions:
