Hello, I used to be able to see my Flying Club activity going back as far as I wanted. I used this to feature to plan when I needed to earn tier points before tier points already earnt fell off after 12 months. I currently need 200 TP to achieve gold status but I know that I have points that expire in July. But unfortunately, I can’t tell how many points will expire in July because my activity now only goes back 4 months to November 2024 and then it states ‘end of results.’ I’ve no idea how to see my activity from further back. I can’t find an option to enter dates for activity. Any suggestions on how to see older activity? Thanks.
The VS activity page has never worked for me – 12 years now!
Try using it in the Virgin Red app, that works for me, although I can’t remember how far back it goes.
Thank you. I just tried checking my activity in the Virgin Red App, which I hadn’t realised I could do until you mentioned it, and found it goes back over 4 years for me. It shows me all my Virgin Flying Club Points activity but it doesn’t show me the amount of Tier Points I received, like it used to in the Flying Club activity page. But it should be useful in helping me estimate from the Virgin Points awarded the class I flew in, to work out the probable TPs awarded. Thanks again. Strangely, the last few times I’ve logged into my Flying Club account it hasn’t used 2FA, when it has previously, so maybe there are some changes in the background?
If you email customer.care@fly.virgin.com, they’ll send you a full record. Not being able to see the full history is something that is, I understand, known, and will hopefully be fixed.
