I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that Virgin Atlantic doesn’t match the rewards availability shown on Delta’s website for partner airlines like KLM. Many award flights on Delta’s website are not bookable via Flying Club. These don’t even show in search. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I have noticed that since Friday, Virgin is showing no KL or AF availability at all, even for cash bookings. This was not the case on Wednesday or for the last couple of weeks. I called the Flying Club line on Friday night and was told it was due to a system upgrade, that should resolve within one hour. This was clearly not the case. I’d logged on on Friday to book a really great deal from Dublin to Zanzibar via AMS or CDG, only to see no availability across KL and AF. Very disappointed! I believe there was a similar issue for several months up until August.
