Flying to Miami from London Heathrow

Can anyone help I am planning to go to Miami in Aug 24 and KLM was coming in at around £1000 per ticket return however the details seem to suggest the flight would be with Virgin Atlantic , does this mean I would book with KLM but fly with Virgin .

Would it be cheaper to book direct with Virgin ?

There was a KLM cashback on Amex IIRC, I’d check..

KLM or AirFrance is often the cheapest place to book Virgin flights
Seems crazy but go for it
The only downside I’ve had was during COVID when flights were cancelled it took a bit of a fight to get them rebooked rather than refunded

“flight details seem to suggest” is odd – the booking should quite clearly state the operating airline for the flight.
