Is someone able to do me a favour? I use the “Check Foreign Transaction Exchange Rates” feature reasonably often. It has historically worked fine, although has stopped working for me, for some reason. Is someone able to check whether it’s broken for all, or whether it’s just me?
You can find it by logging in to your Amex account, pointing to Benefits and Help, then clicking “Check Foreign Transaction Exchange Rates”. When I click it, I get looped back to my card balance.
I think it stopped working quite a while ago.

Tbh I just assume it’ll be about 3%, exact amount will depend on the processing date, which may not be the date the card was used.
