Gatwick North Terminal lounge recommendations

Hi,

Am flying for the first time in years from the North Terminal and have AmEx Platinum (inc. Priority pass).

I think there are three lounges (No 1 Lounge, Gateway/Easyjet & Plaza Premium) I can choose from and based on the HfP reviews (that seem to span over six years and COVID), the Plaza Premium is probably the best bet, but would be good to validate that with anyone’s experience.

Early afternoon flight, so some decent food would be useful!

Plaza hasn’t really been upgraded from the Virgin Clubhouse days but its perfectly fine. Highly likely to be quieter than No1. Gateway is really small. I would (and indeed did, on my last flight) try Plaza first.
