Hi,
Just want to check some info I have had from Amex CS.
Called up earlier in the month to cancel my GC as I don’t use it enough and it will expire just before I get to fly again. Was advised that I will get 25 days grace period to cancel after expiry without charge and that I’d still be able to use it for a PP lounge during that period.
Does anyone know if that is correct?
Part of me does realise that even if they charge and cancel I’m only paying for a month which at about £13 is good value for a lounge, but what I wouldn’t want is to cancel without charge and then get told I’m going to have to then pay full price for the lounge as I didn’t officially go into year 2 (I’ve only used 2 of the 4 passes in year 1 in case that makes a difference).
Sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I did go back a long way without seeing anything.
Thanks
