Hi,
So its been a full week since I bought some new sunglasses in store at Harvey Nichols, Im in my 11th month of Platinum membership and I used my first £50 credit towards a dinner at the OXO tower. This one I remember came out almost instantly. This was the case for the 4 times ive used dining credit too. Always very quick.
Im still waiting on this Harvey Nichols credit to enter my account which I find unusual. I did speak with the chat in the app but they just copied in some stuff from the T&C’s about it most of the time arriving in 5 days but can take up to 150 days. (Which I dont really understand why it would take that long)
I will probably be keeping the card for another year when it rolls over but what if I dont fancy it and im still waiting for my 150 days to be up?
Has anyone ever had experience of credits taking weeks and weeks to arrive?
I did an online order on the 25th and it came through yesterday, I wouldn’t worry, I’m sure it will come through in a few days. I rarely seem to get the emails confirming the credits anymore, before I used to get them as soon as I made a purchase, now it can be a few days if at all.
