I am sure that when my husband has earned companion vouchers before they have shown in our household account, but the latest one does not. he has had the email saying he has earned it, and he is part of our household account. How do we use it (and the one I have showing in my account) on 1 booking for 4 people? Thanks!
Companion vouchers only show in the account of the person who earned them, regardless of you being in a household account.
Unfortunately you can’t use both on the same booking, it will need to be two bookings – him plus one other using his voucher and you plus one other using yours

Thanks a lot -assume that might make it difficult ringing at midnight to book 4 seats!

To avoid disappointment, maybe each voucher holder phones at release to use their respective voucher?
Which destination are you hoping to get seats for? You’re going to have the same issue if your plan is to book the inbound at T-355 as well. The easiest way to make sure you get 4 seats on the same flight is to pick somewhere with very good availability and make both bookings online at the same time.
One of you can probably give the other authority to act on their behalf. That way you could do both in one call.
At least you can with Virgin….
You really want a hold on all 4 seats at the start, especially if it’s CW on a popular redemption. What I don’t know is whether one agent can do that simultaneously across two separate bookings for one caller.
Personally, I’d book the outbounds online – if both of you can be poised to book on the dot of midnight with payment and traveller details already set up that’s always worked for me on popular routes including Singapore and Barbados.

Definitely possible, and you can set up your account management nominee online.
