Forums Hotel loyalty schemes Hilton Honors Hilton 5-5-4, late arrival?

Hi, I’m booked to fly to Singapore next year and we land 9am, normally I just push through until we can check in but with having a stash of Hilton points I’m considering booking 5 nights (for 4) with the first night being the morning we arrive. If that makes any sense, my big concern is if we’re delayed in anyway will
    Hilton cancel our whole booking?

Why not relax at the Changi lounge in jewel mall where arrivals are accepted. Why waste the cost of a hotel night.

Email the hotel if you are checking in late. Sometimes they need to manually override when system thinks it’s a no show.

Won’t be a problem but you must let them know so they check your booking in or it’ll get cancelled when the night audit runs

Contact the hotel in advance, with an email trail, and also contact them again before your flight takes off. At least in Singapore they are likely to be professional about this sort of thing

Thanks, as I’m booking on points for 4 nights the 5th night is free. So actually not costing me anything but just don’t want it to backfire and end up with the stay cancelled
