Hi – is there a way of finding out lifetime stays / points? I’ve been diamond since 2018 (ish)… and would like to find out how close I am to lifetime diamond status, given my current gravy train of work hotel stays may be ending in the next 12-18 months….

You’ll be nowhere near I’d imagine. The easy requirement is 10 years Diamond, which taking your post as read would mean on that front alone you have 3 years to wait.
Prompted by this thread, I emailed them earlier this week
18 years a diamond, and only 130 nights to go.
Spending 5 months in a Hilton in Malaysia in the early noughties helped 🙂
