I haven’t spotted this mentioned yet, but requests for household accounts are now available.
https://help.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/contact-forms.html?webform=household-account-request
You’ll need each person’s FC number, in line with the terms.
Thanks for the heads up @AL & long overdue; although, hoping functionality to redeem vouchers online not upcoming.
Hmmm …. but in the same section it still says
We’re working on a new way to set up household accounts online, which means for the time being we aren’t able to link accounts. Please keep checking back, we should be up and running again soon.
No mention on that form of being Gold either.
We submitted the form last month and they had said they weren’t currently able to link accounts but they had noted the request.
I submitted this earlier this week and got the following response:
“Dear 09R
Thank you for your request for a household account.
We’re doing some important spring cleaning behind the scenes, and we are sorry we won’t be able to able to complete your household accounts request.
We have made a note of your request and as soon as we have completed our system updated, we can complete creating your household account.
Thank you for your loyalty to Virgin Atlantic.”
