How big of a flight time change is required for BA to let me change flights

Made a short-haul cash booking which is still a few months out and the depature time has changed in successive changes adding 15 minutes first and then 20 minutes the second. So the flight now departs 35 minutes after the originally advertised flight. The webiste does not offer me a free change but I would have picked an earlier flight had this been the initial information. Changing through the normal channel with fees is quite costly. Any ideas on whether
I have a case if I call? Thank you!@Arnerd – your flight schedule needs to have changed by over 120 minutes before BA will offer a free change and this is a matter of policy rather than any statutory requirement.
What sort of ticker is this? Avios? Cash? Economy basic, plus or club?
There may be options depending on the answer for an on the day change which woukd be free,
