Rob et al,
First time staying in ALL in a long time. The pre-paid rate (online payment/non-refundable) is £100 cheaper than the pay-on-arrival rate. I am open to gamble with the Amex current Delano/SO hotel offer. But want to hear experience from other if the pre-paid rate will be taken immediately by the hotel/ALL? or similar to Hilton/IHG/Hyatt where the hotel can take the payment at the hotel?
Many thanks.
