Had a Cash pnr which had a big schedule change on. BA offered a full refund , I called up to get this sorted on the 14 April , to date no refund yet , what’s the average waiting time for refunds these days
How long did they tell you it would take? I’ve had 48 hours to a month with refunds -I think they tell you to wait 30 days before chasing it, anyway. I think they might legally only have 7 or 14 days, not sure off the top of my head. Personally I would wait 4 weeks then chase it up and if there was no response within another fortnight I’d look at chargeback or S75.
