Anyone know how long it takes for an Avios signup bonus to post into a BAEC account once you’ve hit the target? (assuming you hit it well before the end of the 3 month period). Do you have to wait until the end of your statement month?

The SUB should show in your AMEX account within a few days (based on historic experience, but not taking into account any AMEX IT ridiculousness like “wait 90 days” which you often get with offer-credits).
It will then transfer over to your BA account a few days before your statement-generation date.
NL’s statement generation date may be c.5th of the month, hence their transfer is around 2nd of the month.
Not to be confused with the Barclaycard Avios card which normally have Avios disappear from Barclaycard c.2nd of the month and appear in BAEC a day or two later
