How long to receive Priority Pass

Hi everyone

I got an Amex Platinum two weeks ago but I still haven’t received the priority pass card. Does anyone know how lon it usually takes? I am going on holidays in a couple of weeks and would like to make use of it!

Alternatively is there a way around it? Ie. Call them toget the number and create account on the app?

You can call and tell the CS about the situation then they will give you the code that enable you to login via app.

This. I meant the card in the app is as good as the plastic.

Activated a new Plat yesterday and called Priority Pass to activate the app. They just asked a few security questions and then issue you a pin code to enable a new account. No need for physical card just show the QR code in the app at the lounge.

For info, I received Plat card in early May and received all PP materials and card a couple of days after the Platinum card.
