I have a complaint with BA Customer Services and I have received notification that it has been received, but over a week later there is no response. Does anyone know the average wait time for a resolution or have a telephone contact number for BA Customer Relations?
Two to four weeks would probably be about average and you will get a follow up acknowledgment after around two weeks – “bear with us” etc. If the complaint is in the too tricky category, you may never get a response!
