Hi,
I’m trying to credit BAEC from a China Southern flight.
I’ve used the following:
BA[Executive club 8 digit number on card in BA app]
Points haven’t been credited after more than 14 days. Have I done something wrong with the Ba prefix?
Thanks
I don’t recall ever doing China Southern but I’ve had this a lot with partners and some airlines just suck at sharing data. I’d file a missing miles claim from your BAEC account. Expect it to days anything from days to weeks and you may find it rejected and have to phone up to challenge it.
As they aren’t OneWorld it will likely take much longer to credit the flights to BA, so give it a few months and then follow up with BA with a missing Avios claim if nothing appears.
@pixielott46 – you need to file a missing Avios claim and make sure you hang on to your boarding card as you will probably need to send it at some point. Once you initiate this process, CZ will eventually pay.
