Hurry, cabins are filling up quickly

… see what’s available, it goes on ! I’m getting this message on trying to book a December Gatwick to Tenerife. But according to Expertflyer there’s lots of room on the flights I’m picking and the price reflects that: some ex LHR are priced over 800£ one way so no doubt they are “filling up quickly”. I’m just stuck in a loop each time I pick flights, same message brings me back. Grrrr – guess I’ll have to phone 🙁

Could you install various different browsers and try again? – also use each one another time in incognito mode. Also think about VPNs.

I think there is a BA IT gremlin in the works causing issues with pricing up flights departing LGW. There is a thread over on FT of someone getting the same message and doom loop as you but they were trying to fly LGW-PFO-LGW and a separate thread where several people have pre-reserved seats on LGW departures which have gone AWOL and they are unable to gain access to their bookings to reselect seats.

I would call BA – they should do the booking for free as there is plainly an issue with the website

Thanks for the advice – I’m in a lounge at MUC and the offered Telekom connection really didn’t like my VPN – nothing would load ! I tried on the BA app just now & am getting a new message – a problem occurred while calculating your fare. Please try again. Will phone tomorrow- I wonder if they might be planning to cull some of the “not filled up” flights?

I got stuck in another loop last night trying to reset my Iberia password so will try other browsers for that – never crossed my mind
