Hi HFP’ers…
Just a query regarding the above. I stayed at the Le Grand Paris Intercontinental and used my Free Weekend Night as part of my 2 night stay. Now I totally get that I would not earn points on the second/free night, but me and my partner paid 1,100 euros for the first night. As such I was expecting I would still receive the standard base points for the first paid night. However, with the stay now being over 7 days ago, my account simply states it as a “non-qualifying stay”… is this accurate?
Thought I’d check your views before calling up and looking like a fool if im wrong.
File a missing stay claim online and it will be sorted, easy peasy
Yes you should still receive the standard base and statue bonus points as well a 2 nights towards earning status and milestone rewards
Sometimes if a hotel messes up the processing of the voucher this can happen.
