Hi I have been trying to book a table at some restaurants that are on their list and with quite a few it says no reservations within 2.5 hrs of these times. I was even trying to book a table at the Crowne Plaza Dublin airport hotel main restaurant and it’s the same thing. Does anyone know why or get the same thing? I know it’s not a fortune on points but as I book quite a few restaurants it all adds up.
The question is whether the main Open Table site lets you book successfully. A lot of places simply don’t accept Open Table bookings at peak times and prefer to manage their own inventory.
It is odd though and I agree that this does seem to occur more often than it did. That said, I managed a booking a couple of weeks ago which posted fine.
