    Good Morning All,

My wife and I are returning to Singapore next month, and for the first time we’re staying at the IC Robertson Quay. We got lucky on the 35k points per night deal last year.

    We’ve got Ambassador and Diamond.

Just wondering what people’s experiences are with the hotel. Are there any Do’s or Don’ts. Is the Lounge any good, is it worth enquiring about, and does it have any proximity to the outdoor pool?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts, feedback or suggestions.

We stayed at the IC Roberson quay for a couple of nights. It was just after Covid restrictions had lifted – I can’t remember if we had lounge access or not. The restaurant was good for breakfast. Sorry I’m not much help as we spent most of our 3 weeks there at the IC Middle Rd and the Fullerton.

We stayed in October at a bargain 35K points. Only a basic room but I was allowed to pay for lounge access at £80 or £90 a night for 2 of us and this included an excellent breakfast , afternoon tea and canapés and cocktails. The canapés are followed by a huge cheese and meat platter.
The pool is small and functional. I cannot remember the gym
Pleasant places within walking distances .

I also stayed there last November for 35k points, really good value for that price. As I only stayed for one night, and had breakfast free as Diamond (I am Ambassador too), I did not ask about the lounge (there are so many nice places for dinner nearby). I received an upgrade to a high floor room, breakfast quite good with many western and Asian options.

It’s one of my go to hotels in Singapore and stayed many times and never had a bad experience. The lounge is very good and the breakfast served in there is excellent. They also have afternoon tea and then early evening drinks and canapes which are all a high standard. The lounge (and for that matter all other hotel areas) staff are very attentive and friendly.

The pool is functional and not bad for lap swimming, but it’s not the main seller for the hotel, the location, service and restaurants are. Enjoy!

    Thanks @Seagull
