Interline on Airlink flight Johannesburg – Antananarivo (Madagascar) ???

I am planning to use a BA 241 to fly to LHR-JNB and then cash for JNB-TNR.
Are BA likely to connect the two flights and interline our baggage?

Remember they don’t even interline to themselves on separate bookings!

Yes I remember that about BA, but I did have some hope from a HeadforPoints article saying that some Airlink destinations planned to interlink with BA.

Ah Ok I found the article again – its only for Airlink BA codeshares, and of course only if booked on the same PNR.
