Inverness Marriott Courtyard

BA twilight check-in has thrown out my plans to check in the bag night before.
I am now having to take my bag to INV from LHR the night before.
How easy will it be lug my 25 KG bag and roll it to Marriott Courtyard from the INV terminal?
Based on previous HFP review from 2020; the hotel is visible from the terminal exit and can be walked within few minutes.

Anyone got any recent feedback particularly with large bag to lug along?

Google maps has wrong location and I have submitted a correction for location.

Yeah Inv is tiny, the courtyard is just a car park separated from it
