In this age of email and customer portals, does a letter command more attention?
If so, what is the UK postal address?
No
When it arrives it just gets scanned into their system and dealt with just as if it was sent in online in the first place.
Ok so what is the best email address for customer support? or do you have to go via their portal?
I assume you are better informed than me as I am not at all informed but I had complained to BA via the Web form and chased up again via Web form and after hearing nothing for close to 4 months, I sent a letter and an email reply appeared within 3 days.
Coincidence? Maybe. But maybe not.
Appreciate this might be different as a follow up rather than a new case though.
