Is there a way for a couple to use two 2-for-1 vouchers on a single booking ?

We are a couple who have used a 2-for-1 voucher for return flights to Tokyo next year. We both have a ‘spare’ 2-for-1 voucher that we are unlikely to use before they expire. My question is therefore can we reduce the Avios cost of our flights further by applying a second voucher ?
Admittedly this seems a bit of a longshot but my question is prompted by a comment on an article from 16th August in which @Scandinavian traveler said “You can apply both vouchers for two people on one booking apparently. i.e. a booking costing 200,000 Avios per person will be 200,000 Avios in total if using one voucher and 100,000 in total if using two”
I may have taken this comment out of context and it wasn’t challenged in the comments thread at the time, so would appreciate any clarification on this. Thanks
Could the quote have come after reading this article? https://www.headforpoints.com/2023/01/16/how-do-british-airways-american-express-2-4-1-vouchers-work/
If one person wishes to travel:
From June 2022, companion vouchers have also been usable by people without a travel companion. You can book an Avios redemption for one person using your voucher and you will receive a 50% discount on the Avios required. Full taxes and charges are still due.
Note that you need a ‘new style’ voucher issued from 1st September 2021 in order to do this.
Remember that vouchers earned on the free British Airways American Express card are now limited to Economy class redemptions. Vouchers earned on the Premium Plus card are valid in all cabins.
The comment is under this article https://www.headforpoints.com/2023/08/16/family-of-three-british-airways-american-express-voucher/comment-page-1/#comments
It implies that you can use 2 vouchers for a booking for 2 people, so I don’t think it was referring to the new 50% option for a single traveller.
What you seem to be asking in the thread title doesn’t seem to be quite the same as in the post, but I think the answer is no!
It wouldn’t make any sense to use 2 vouchers for 2 people as you could pay the same amount of avios and cash by just using 1 241.
I agree it wouldn’t make sense to use two vouchers if they just gave you a 50% reduction off each person’s Avios cost.
The original post by @Scandinavian traveler implied that you could get the 50% reduction and 2-for-1 (using two vouchers) and the example they gave reduced the Avios from 400,000 to 100,000 !
I also think it’s unlikely but thought it worth asking whether anyone has managed to do this.
