When flights to SAW were loaded, they were set to an earnings rate of 40TPs each way for Club Europe! Now it seems, to ‘correct’ their mistake, instead of adjusting SAW up to 80TPs, they have adjusted IST down to 40TPs instead! I use this route a lot and find this a significant downgrade of BA’s offering and I have, therefore, lodged a complaint. Interestingly, shorter routes such as SOF and OTP remain at 80. So, I’m hoping this is just a clerical error. If anybody is similarly affect, perhaps further complaints could help restore order!
