Yeah Air France / KLM bookings weren’t working online or on the phone for about a month and a bit – there was a notice on the KLM page of the Virgin website saying that it should be fixed early August, so good news!

I booked 2 KLM flights using Virgin points this evening online and both worked, not sure if they have fixed the problem where it would often say the seats had gone or if I just got luckily.

Neither booking appeared to have worked as I was returned to the search screen rather than the confirmation screen but I got flight confirmation emails.

It seems pretty on/off to me. Maybe this fix will last.
