I am BA Silver flying on a BA ticket BA4055 on a Loganair operated flight Glasgow to Southampton. BA have changed rules so that only Gold cardholders can access the lounge on a Loganair flight. Very mean but kind lady on desk made an exception.
Is this new?

(In fact, it may be worth rerunning this article as it has been 3 years.)
Was the lady “very mean but kind” or is the tule you are talking about in those terms ?
