London City Flyer [LCY] reward seats

Probably a dumb question but do city flyer flights out of London City AIrport have the same number of reward seats available 355 days out?

LCY-AMS 29th Dec has 8 reward seats available in economy.

Only dumb as I’ve never struggled to get Avios flights out of LCY. And it’s my local airport. Maybe I’ve always been lucky (though I do have flex so maybe miss any flights not showing…).
