Lost Avios points from BAPP account

Hi, this morning i woke up and my britishairways points has gone down by -3500 avios points. Was i supposed to transfer them over manually? And have i lost them forever?

Have you looked in your statement in your BAEC account? There should be a line telling you what the deduction relates to. The avios transfer automatically from the BA Amexes though.

Phew, i checked my BAEC account and they are there! I thought i may have had to transfer them over manually and they might disappear at the end of the month automatically if i didnt do it. Thanks
